We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Auto Insurance Support Associate to provide administrative and operational support to both our Enrolled and Renewal units. This is a dual-role position where you will dedicate half of your time to supporting the enrollment of new policies and the other half to ensuring smooth and accurate policy renewals.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment, has strong attention to detail, and can manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Enrolled Unit (New Business Support):

  • Assist with the preparation and processing of insurance applications and quotes.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with underwriting guidelines and company standards.
  • Coordinate with agents and internal teams to resolve quoting and documentation issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of enrolled applications and client communications.

Renewal Unit (Policy Renewal Support):

  • Manage the end-to-end process of policy renewals, including preparing and sending renewal notices.
  • Generate and validate insurance quotes for renewals, ensuring compliance with underwriting standards.
  • Track and follow up on client renewal payments to avoid policy lapses.
  • Maintain accurate records of renewal documents and client interactions in the system.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of experience in insurance operations (enrollment, renewals, or related field) preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to process changes.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php150.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
