Job Summary:

The Kitchen Staff is responsible for assisting in the daily kitchen operations of Family Fried Chicken. They ensure that food is prepared safely, efficiently, and according to company standards. They help maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and support cooks and other team members in delivering quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking fried chicken and other menu items.
  • Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
  • Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines.
  • Monitor food quality and freshness before serving.
  • Assist in inventory management by reporting low stock of supplies.
  • Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations in compliance with company and health standards.
  • Support the kitchen team in maintaining smooth operations during peak hours.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent is preferred.
  • With or without kitchen/food service experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
  • Flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
