We are seeking a talented and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team at LUMER UNIVERSAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients in the travel industry. What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels
  2. Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  3. Assisting customers with bookings, modifications, and cancellations for travel-related products and services
  4. Maintaining detailed records and documentation of customer interactions
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  6. Continuously seeking opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the travel industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver a high level of customer service
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and various software applications
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
