About the role

As a Travel Account agent at LUMER UNIVERSAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC', you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued travel clients. Working in our modern call centre facility in Rosario, Pasig City, Metro Manila, you will be the voice of our company, handling inbound inquiries and booking requests across a range of travel-related services.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries about travel products, services, and reservations in a friendly and professional manner
  • Process travel bookings and reservations accurately and efficiently
  • Provide post-booking support, including changes, cancellations, and troubleshooting
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve customer service skills
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the travel industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and various software applications
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in the travel industry
