About the role

Join A System International Corporation' as a CSR Travel Account (Virtual Process) for our Bridgetowne Site. This full-time role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to contribute your customer service expertise from the comfort of your home. Based in Cainta Rizal, you will be part of our dynamic Call Centre & Customer Service team, providing exceptional support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries related to travel bookings and services
  2. Process travel-related transactions such as reservations, modifications, and cancellations
  3. Provide accurate information and recommendations to customers on travel options and policies
  4. Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  5. Maintain detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the travel industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to different customer needs
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  4. Familiarity with travel booking systems and industry-specific software
  5. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  7. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall customer experience
