Role Description

This is a full time hybrid (work from home, on-site) role for an ERP Consultant. The ERP Consultant is responsible for guiding clients through the successful implementation, customization, and optimization of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, strong business acumen, and exceptional project management skills to ensure that the ERP software aligns with the client's business processes, goals, and long-term strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Needs Assessment and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand the client's business processes, requirements, and challenges. Analyze current systems to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
  • Solution Design: Design and configure tailored ERP solutions by modifying software modules and creating workflows that align with the client's business objectives.
  • Implementation: Lead the end-to-end ERP implementation process, ensuring all components are correctly installed and integrated with existing systems. This includes managing project timelines, coordinating resources, and overseeing data migration.
  • Customization and Integration: Customize off-the-shelf ERP software to meet specific business needs. Handle system integrations and technical configurations, connecting the ERP with third-party applications.
  • Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for employees to ensure they can effectively use the new system. Provide ongoing support and maintenance, troubleshooting issues and performing upgrades as needed.
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage ERP projects from inception to completion, coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Continuous Improvement: Create a framework for continuous monitoring and evaluation of the performance of ERP systems, looking for opportunities to improve and optimize the system to ensure it remains aligned with evolving business needs.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of enterprise-level ERP software implementation and customization experience.
  • Proven track record managing multiple ERP projects in parallel.
  • Experience with specific ERP software platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Knowledge of business process mapping and documentation.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing large projects or cross-functional teams.
  • Filipino citizen residing in the National Capital Region (NCR).
  • Willing to travel at least 2 days a week.
