Job Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact for all client needs.
  • Sales & Business Development:Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, from initial contact to successful closure, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions.
  • Account Management:Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to any issues.
  • Project Coordination:Coordinate project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure effective communication between teams and clients.
  • Market Awareness:Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Reporting & Analysis:Provide regular reports on account performance, sales metrics, and growth initiatives.
  • Product/Service Knowledge:Develop a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively upsell and cross-sell.
  • Conflict Resolution:Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to clients.

Key Account Manager (Heavy Equipment)

  • Similar to a general Account Manager, but with a focus on managing the company's most important and high-value clients.
  • Responsible for nurturing relationships with key accounts, maximizing sales opportunities within those accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • May be involved in developing and implementing strategic plans for key accounts.
  • With background on heavy equipment is an advantage
