Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction or maintenance workers.
  • Assign tasks to workers and ensure work is carried out according to plans and safety standards.
  • Inspect work progress and quality to ensure compliance with specifications and company standards.
  • Monitor the use of materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring proper handling and minimizing waste.
  • Enforce safety regulations and conduct toolbox meetings or safety briefings.
  • Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other supervisors for job instructions and schedules.
  • Maintain daily work reports, attendance records, and progress documentation.
  • Resolve on-site issues, such as work delays, material shortages, or personnel concerns.
  • Train and guide workers to improve skills and work performance.
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the job site at all times.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate or Vocational Course Graduate in construction-related field (e.g., Civil Technology, Building Construction).
  • With at least 2–3 years of experience as a Foreman or Leadman in construction, maintenance, or related work.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in reading blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
  • Familiar with workplace safety procedures and building standards.
  • Physically fit and willing to work on-site or in extended hours as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
