  • Can supervise and work with teams
  • Able to delegate responsibilities effectively

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Oversee site operations
  • Conducts daily briefing
  • Implement manpower schedules
  • Ensure proper delegation of works, tools and equipment
  • Ensure all works are done according to plan and specification and complies with the company standards
  • Maintain health and safety at all times
  • Ensure that all equipment and tools are working and are maintained properly.
  • Prepare incident report, if necessary.
