About the role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team at Bar Pintxos in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our valued customers. This full-time position requires strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and a passion for food.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare high-quality, visually appealing dishes according to recipes and company standards
  2. Assist with menu planning and the development of new menu items
  3. Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work station
  4. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
  5. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service
  6. Provide excellent customer service and assist with any special requests
  7. Participate in inventory management and ordering of supplies

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
  2. Proficient in various cooking techniques, including grilling, sautéing, and baking
  3. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
  4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  5. Passion for creating delicious, visually appealing dishes
  6. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  7. Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
