Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries about products and services, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Stay updated on company offerings, policies, and procedures to effectively address customer needs.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints with empathy and tact, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain the presentation of the sales floor, including products, signage, and displays, to ensure a welcoming and organized shopping environment.
  • Assist with stocking, organizing merchandise, and ensuring that sales areas are clean and visually appealing.
  • Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and process payments accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications:

  • At least a Senior high school graduate or college level.
  • Alert and attentive to details.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on empathy and professionalism
  • Willing to assigned in Gashapon Bandai SM La Union

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php Php518.00 per day
