The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in managing multiple marketing initiatives across diverse platforms and channels.
This position blends digital strategy, project management, analytical, and technical skills to drive impactful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the execution of high-ticket B2C and B2B funnels, including lead generation, nurture sequences, and conversions.
* Manage the creation and optimization of opt-in pages, landing pages, and sales pages using WordPress (Beaver Builder), HighLevel, and ActiveCampaign.
* Implement and maintain marketing automation workflows to maximize lead nurturing and engagement.
* Collaborate with content creators, copywriters, community managers, SEO specialists, ad agencies, and funnel builders to ensure strategic alignment and high-quality output.
* Utilize a project management system (Asana, Trello, or similar) to track marketing initiatives and meet deadlines.
* Oversee campaign performance reporting from external agencies and internal teams.
* Analyze and report on funnel performance, email campaign effectiveness, website traffic, and conversion rates.
* Leverage Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and tracking tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Continuously evaluate and improve marketing workflows, task delegation, and project management processes.
* Ensure seamless integration between marketing tools (ActiveCampaign, HighLevel, Zapier, WP-Engine, Cloudflare, Wasabi, and SendForensics).
* Maintain email deliverability and list hygiene best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on high-ticket certification programs, online education, or coaching businesses.
* Strong understanding of online sales funnels, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
* Hands-on experience with WordPress (Beaver Builder), HighLevel, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, and Google Analytics.
* Experience working with SEO strategies, organic web growth, and paid advertising campaigns.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work in the European Time Zone with flexible hours to align with a global team.
