We are seeking a talented professional to coordinate projects across various groups and stakeholders.

Job Description

The Project Coordinator role involves ensuring clear communication among project teams, coordinating with vendors and partners, and communicating project milestones to internal and external stakeholders. This includes day-to-day communication with internal stakeholders, as well as setting up and implementing strategies for successful project completion.

Key responsibilities include managing project materials, consolidating and updating information, distributing materials to support groups, and owning and signing off on pre- and post-field quality checks. Additionally, the coordinator will drive process adherence throughout the survey lifecycle, provide project delivery timelines and effective sample plans, and manage quota and link setup.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment. You should also be proficient in project management tools and software.
