Project Lead for International Market Research

The Project Lead for International Market Research is responsible for coordinating and managing various aspects of market research projects, including stakeholder relationships, project timelines, and data quality.

  • Manage market research projects through the entire project life cycle, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to setup and test survey links, prepare and send samples, and conduct quality checks.
  • Coordinate project kick-off meetings to ensure all parties understand project specifications, client needs, and responsibilities.
  • Leverage relationships with vendors to facilitate accurate and timely deliverables, communications, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor productivity and quality of data collection to produce regular updates and progress reports on project status.
  • Partner with sales team members and operations staff to address issues and make recommendations to improve performance.

This role requires a mid-senior level candidate with experience in international online market research, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to quickly solve problems and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to meet study objectives.
  • Basic math skills and ability to calculate incidence rate, response rate, honoraria amounts, and profit.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, and ability to learn new technologies/software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple online research projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment.
