  • Manages the daily affairs and the future of the Company's human resource
  • Conceptualize and develop Company policies, rituals and overall plan of Human Resource Programs
  • Develops evaluative measures and indicators to measure policy effectiveness and if employee needs are properly addressed
  • Provides professional assistance to line managers and supervisors in counseling and coaching employees
  • Periodically conducts review and follow through to determine how programs/services are being implemented by each unit (Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Employee and Industrial Relations)
  • Directs the preparation and maintenance of overall program/service reports as is necessary to carry out the function of the Department
  • Analyzes overall results of all implemented programs and services to ensure correctness of procedures
  • Identifies pertinent policies, rules and regulations or laws to determine limitation as well as opportunities
  • Recommend for Management's approval on supplier proposal, employee's benefit claim and applicants for hiring
  • Acts as a labor consultant of the Company. Handles all labor related cases and ensures conduction of proper procedures as dictated by Philippine Labor Law
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned
