Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and execute project plans, setting clear goals, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring project alignment with business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
  • Quality Assurance & Oversight: Ensure projects meet overall technical requirements, standards, and quality expectations by providing technical guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Project Management Experience: Proven experience in managing complex projects, preferably in a customer experience or technology environment.
  • Business Requirements Gathering: Ability to gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical concepts and systems
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Certifications: PMP, Agile, or similar certifications are a plus.
