Position Title: Social Media Manager (with Graphic & Video Editing Experience) Location: Remote Type of Employment: Part/Full-Time Salary Range: Pho 35-40,000.00 Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager with strong skills in graphic design and video editing to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies, creating compelling visual content, and driving brand awareness and audience engagement across all major platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)Create, edit, and publish high-quality graphics, short-form videos, reels, and animations using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or Final Cut ProManage content calendars and ensure consistent, timely posting in alignment with brand voice and marketing objectivesMonitor engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, reach, conversions), and report on performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or LaterCollaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to align social content with campaigns and promotionsStay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to optimize reach and engagementRespond to messages, comments, and mentions in a timely and professional mannerAssist in growing followers and community engagement through organic and paid strategies Qualifications and Requirements: 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creationProficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)Experience with video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or InShot)Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and platform best practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a teamBonus: Experience with paid ads, copywriting, influencer outreach, or email marketing Benefits: Permanent Work from home Great team of smart people, in a friendly and open culture Real responsibilities and challenges in a fast-evolving company 14 days annual leave creditsSubmission Instructions: Email your application to careers@ironbrij.com.au or you can directly send your application here in OLJ.Attach your resume in PDF Format
