NowServing is looking for an entry-level Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team You will be the voice of our brand, engaging with our audience, and crafting compelling content. If you excel in this role, there’s potential to build and lead your own social media team in the future Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. Create engaging content for all social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. Produce and edit short-form videos to tell stories and to highlight our innovations, team, and impact. Monitor and respond to customer comments and messages in a timely manner. Analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices. Planning and executing social media campaigns. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
