We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Marketing Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance multiple brand presence, engage with audience, and drive growth.This role requiresa creative thinker with a deep understanding of social media trends and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Youtube).
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, video) tailored to each platform.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach.
  • Report on social media performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degreein Marketing, Communications, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
