Additionally, they must adhere to work schedules aligned with the hotel's occupancy forecast while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.  Safeguard and maintain confidentiality of all guest and hotel-related documentsFacilitate smooth guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experienceAccurately handle cash reports, transactions, and remittances. Maintain and update guest preferences in the system to enhance personalized serviceEnsure Executive Lounge remains clean, well organized, and presentable at all timesConduct and update daily and monthly inventory of food and non-food items in Executive Lounge to maintain efficient operationsConducts courtesy calls to all guests to ensure their comfort and address any special requests. Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by head. QUALFICATIONSBachelors Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related fieldWith relevant work experience for atleast 1-2 yearsWith atleast 1 year work experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or related fieldProficient with MS ProgramsTechnically savvyExcellent communication skills Can start immediatelyAmenable to work onsite at Alabang, Muntinlupa
