Full time remote positionWork Schedule: 9 AM to 6 PM SYD/ AESTUp to 50k renumeration, depending to experience Three Peaks International is a Sydney based staffing solutions partner which provides local and virtual staffing solutions to Australian businesses through outsourcing, recruitment, and migration. About the role We are looking for a skilled Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing finance team. This role manages the full accounts payable process, improves workflows, and supports the CFO. You will oversee AP operations, handle reconciliations, and guide a junior team member while helping the business improve finance systems. What you'll do Manage the accounts inbox and handle queries, escalating when neededFull-function Accounts Payable: invoice entry, approvals, reconciliationsReview supplier invoices, ensuring approval processes are followedReconcile corporate card transactions and paymentsIdentify areas for process improvement to drive efficiencyCollaborate with other teams to streamline workflowsSupervise and guide a junior team memberSupport the CFO with finance projects as needed What we're looking for Experience handling end-to-end Accounts PayableProficiency in Xero; knowledge of Employment Hero, Lightyear, or Weel is a plusStrong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approachExperience managing or mentoring a junior team memberStrong communication skills and ability to work with different teams Technical Requirements Should have personal and working laptop/ Desktop, and one (1) back up Has Noise-cancelling headset (for interview and meetings) Back up internet connection (at least 100 mbps) Why join us Work with a supportive and collaborative teamOpportunity to improve systems and processesCompetitive salary and benefits
