Timesheets that do not meet the required standards will need the relevant manager to be advised for further follow-up and resolution. Policy & Document Control: Maintain, update, and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and documentation requirements. Digital Decluttering & File Organisation: Manage digital records, ensuring proper categorisation, storage, and accessibility of files (Once Off Project) Preparing for Payroll Processing and Timesheets: Verify and process invoices, cross-referencing with timesheets where necessary. Billing and Invoicing: Preparing and sending invoices to clients or plan managers Expense Tracking: Monitoring business expenses and reconciling accounts Accounts Inbox Management & Receivables: Monitor and manage the accounts inbox, including responding to queries and overseeing accounts receivable processes.
