Operational and Legal MattersSupport on Legal matters Weekly ReportTaking notes in client meetings when needed and follow up tasks from meetingsPost exchange work on conveyancing mattersContact with agents/brokers for conveyancing, ensuring no deadlines are missed (calendar management)Keeping up to date with all communication with clients, helping manage calendar and reminders for any commitments made to the client or associated partner. Operation/ FinanceEnsure to update CRM and LEAP in timely mannerEnsure to update XERO (Accounting tool) for any expenses based on receipts, and bills received as part of the periodic reportsEnsure all invoices are sent out in a timely manner.Reconciliation of bank statements to ensure bills/ disbursements are not missedOrganize files Google drive accordingly. Other responsibilities: Drafting invoices for several Wills matters Qualifications: Graduate of bachelor's degree1-2 years' experience relevant experienceGood English communications skills, both verbal and writtenCan start ASAP Technical Requirements - Should have personal and working laptop/ Desktop, and one (1) back up- Has Noise-cancelling headset (for interview and meetings)- Back up internet connection (at least 100 mbps)
