Early Dayshift Schedule/ Weekends OffWork from Home (Remote)Independent Contractor/Freelance Set UpRemuneration- Php 35,000-40,000 Three Peaks International is a Sydney based staffing solutions partner which provides local and virtual staffing solutions to Australian businesses through outsourcing, recruitment, and migration. We are seeking a competent and analytical Bookkeeper with extensive background in AP/ AR Management. The successful candidate would have an opportunity to work in one of established construction and consultancy firm based in Australia. Key Responsibilities: Data Entry with required account allocations of business transactions to computer accounting system, generally Xero and often using Receipt Bank SoftwarePrepare invoices, billing payments or schedule of payments as required.Reconcile accounts, both Accounts Payable and Receivable.Produce monthly financial, accounts receivable and payable reports and forecasts.Prepare BAS and IAS returns and their corresponding workpapers.Perform other accounting duties as required. Qualifications:- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with Australian Chartered firm or commercial.- Proficient with XERO, QBO, and MYOB.- Deep knowledge of Australian tax laws and regulations.- Experience in balance sheet reconciliations and profit and loss determination.- Proven ability to code client accounts weekly, including payroll and superannuation processing.- Ability to prepare and lodge BAS and IAS independently.- Capability to prepare financials for review by senior accountants.
