STAFFVIRTUAL is looking for a Finance Intern to support our Finance team with document organization, filing, and other finance-related tasks. If you're detail-oriented and interested in getting hands-on experience in real finance operations, this internship is a great opportunity for you. As a Finance Intern, you'll help sort and file important documents and assist in tax filing, bookkeeping, and maintaining our file management system. You'll also be exposed to various finance processes that support our business operations. Duties & Responsibilities: Assist in filing and organizing finance documents, such as:Official Receipts (ORs), BIR Form 2307, Statements of Account (SOAs), Contracts and other related files Sort and manage documents for:Cash AdvancesPayment RequestCash Advance LiquidationsOperating Expenses (OPEX)Employee Payment Runs Credit Card ReconciliationSupport tax filing and bookkeeping tasksHelp maintain the file management systemPerform other finance-related tasks as assigned Qualifications: Currently taking up Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related courseOrganized, detail-oriented, and responsibleComfortable working with numbers and handling sensitive documentGood communication and coordination skillsFamiliar with Google Workspace or MS OfficeWilling to work onsite in Mabolo, Cebu City Benefits: Daily intern allowance to support your day-to-day expenses Company-provided laptop for the duration of the internship Hands-on experience in finance operations, bookkeeping support, and tax-related processes Mentorship from experienced Finance professionals Exposure to real corporate finance workflows and systems Potential for future employment opportunities with STAFFVIRTUAL
