Job Summary: We are in search of an Account Receivable (A/R) Specialist. The position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week. Salary will be further discussed during our quick call. Job Title: Account Receivable Specialist Location: Fully Remote (Work from home) Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) PST timezone TASKS: Monitor tenants with outstanding balances and follow up via phone call, text, or emailRespond to tenant inquiries regarding any concerns with rent payments, Tenant Portal, etc.Collaborate with the Leasing team to facilitate move-ins for new tenants via AppFolioRent collection and monitoringReporting delinquencies to Rental Property OwnersSend rent reminders to tenantsSend Rent Due Notices to tenants and conduct follow-upsFacilitate move-ins for new tenants via AppFolioAssist in monitoring and coordinating rent increases for all rent-controlled and rent-stabilized unitsAssist in preparing 3-Day Notices to Pay Rent or Quit for delinquent tenantsAssist in preparing rent increase calculation sheets and notices Qualifications: Prior work experience in a Property Management company (California-based company, if possible)Prior knowledge and experience in Accounts Receivable (A/R) processesProficient in using AppFolio (property management software) and toolsStrong English communication and writing skillsTech-savvy, fast-learnerOrganized and has strong attention to detailCustomer-service oriented TOOLS you should be familiar with: AppFolio Property Management Software - Must be proficientGoogle (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.)C.A.R formDocuSignMicrosoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PPT) For more information, you can message us directly at HR@selectvirtual.com.
