A Merchandising Supervisor of CW Home Depot is responsible for overseeing the merchandise items for Ortigas and Taytay branches in terms of display management, bin tag management, promo, and stock management implementation in the store.

This role will work with the branch Product Officers to ensure the implementation of the display, selling, and management of merchandise items are followed by the merchandisers based on the required standards.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business
  • At least one of experience in retail or store operations
  • At least one year of career in a supervisory or leadership capacity
  • Strong people management skills
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools and software applications
  • Background in inventory, and merchandising
  • With above-average communication skills, both written and oral
  • Willing to extend working hours based on the operational requirements
  • Must be willing to render duty to both Ortigas and Taytay stores on a scheduled basis based on the requirements set by the Purchasing Manager.
