Work Location: Makati Industry: Energy/Power Job Summary: The Sales & Marketing Head is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, managing commercial operations, and driving revenue growth for the company. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales, marketing, and operations management within the utilities sector. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Filinvest Utilities' products and services.Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and target markets.Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends, and adjust strategies accordingly. Sales Management: Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.Develop sales plans and monitor performance against targets.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Commercial Operations: Manage the commercial operations team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.Optimize processes to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and service agreements. Brand Development: Enhance brand awareness and positioning in the market.Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.Develop and maintain corporate communications, including press releases, social media, and public relations activities. Financial Management: Prepare and manage the marketing and commercial operations budget.Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions to achieve financial goals.Analyze financial data and provide regular reports to senior management. Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead a high-performing team by providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.Identify and mitigate risks associated with marketing and commercial operations. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Related Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and commercial operations, preferably in the utilities or energy sector. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent strategic thinking and analytical abilities.Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
