This role is responsible for driving organizational effectiveness, fostering a high-performance culture, and providing strategic HR guidance to leaders. The ideal candidate is a proactive change agent with strong business acumen and a passion for people development.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Partnership:Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement HR policies and initiatives that support business growth and talent optimization.Employee Relations:Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and disciplinary actions. Mediate complex employee issues and foster a positive work environment.Workforce Planning:Analyze workforce data and trends to inform succession planning, talent development, and organizational design strategies.Change Management:Lead people strategies during organizational change, including restructuring, expansion, or transformation initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor and change champion.Compliance & Risk Management:Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Partner with legal and compliance teams to mitigate HR-related risks.Skills & Qualifications:Education:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree or HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) are preferred.Experience:Minimum of 5 years in HR, with at least 1-3 years in a managerial or business partner role.
