Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline. 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on strategic business partnering, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational change management. Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships and influence business decisions through HR insights and partnership. Strong background in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management. Analytical thinker with experience using people analytics and insights to drive strategy.
