Responsibilities Drive alignment between business objectives and people strategy by partnering with managers on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent priorities. Enable talent development through execution of succession planning, leadership development, and critical skills-building initiatives. Foster a culture of performance and engagement by collaborating with business leaders to implement effective goal-setting, feedback, and talent development strategies. Leverage HR and business analytics to provide actionable insights on workforce trends, risks, and opportunities that support data-driven decision-making. Support leaders and employees in navigating change initiatives, transformation, and culture alignment. Coach and influence leaders to strengthen management effectiveness and elevate employee engagement across teams. Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to design and deliver strategic programs in talent acquisition, learning, and employee experience, reinforcing engagement and organizational objectives. Support leaders on employee relations and workforce matters, ensuring consistent, fair, and legally compliant practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline. 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on strategic business partnering, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational change management. Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships and influence business decisions through HR insights and partnership. Strong background in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management. Analytical thinker with experience using people analytics and insights to drive strategy.
