We are looking for a skilled OneStream Technical Analyst to join a growing Corporate Functions Technology team supporting global stakeholders in a fast-paced financial services environment. Reporting to the OneStream Functional Lead, you will provide expert day-to-day technical support, problem resolution, and new functionality implementation within the OneStream platform. This role requires a good understanding of OneStream and other EPM solutions, along with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.Key Responsibilities:Support month-end, half-year, and year-end financial close processes in OneStream.Assist financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.Develop cube views, dashboards, and reports; support Finance analysts in data analysis and MI interpretation.Manage global allocations and maintain Global Chart of Accounts within EPMWare, OneStream, and Oracle EBS.Maintain user security and administer transformation rules.Investigate incidents and problems, resolving issues in line with change request policies.Train users on OneStream functionality as needed.Produce clear, detailed documentation related to development and support tasks.Maintain OneStream User Hub and manage communications to the user community.Collaborate effectively within the team and with business stakeholders.Required Experience and Skills:2–5 years’ experience supporting and developing reports in OneStream.Experience working with business analysts to understand processes.Strong ability to work with complex data sets and provide insightful support to stakeholders.Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical issues to non-technical users.Proactive, detail-oriented, quick learner.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and backlog tools (e.g., JIRA).Basic SQL/SSIS knowledge.Expert-level MS Office skills.Knowledge of other EPM applications is a plus.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageHybrid working model based in ManilaOpportunity to work in a global financial services environmentIf this opportunity aligns with your skills and career goals, please get in touch to learn more.
