Technical Analyst I

Job Description and Requirements:

Technical Analysts (TA) have a combination of roles that are associated with data analysis and construction management. A typical day for a TA is to perform reviews of the installation work completed in the implementation of advanced telecommunication networks by assessing whether project photos, documents, reports, and other data meet the specifications of the site design and project requirements. We then compile raw or loose data into our customer's desired formats and provide a report of our quality analysis detailing passing and failing items as needed. Throughout the process, TA's are coordinating between clients and coworkers, ensuring everyone stays in sync and that all of the latest files and information for our projects are organized within our own workflow collaboration platform we've built from the ground up.

In the long term TA's can become super-TA's or take their knowledge and experience and leverage it into a number of other career opportunities in project and product management, tools and automation, marketing and business development etc. We are happy to discuss career paths with you further and throughout your career with us.

The following skills are most applicable to the role:

• Any engineering background including Civil, Electrical, Industrial etc.
• Non-engineers with exceptional innovation/technical backgrounds.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge.
• High stamina in demanding analytical environments.
• Ability to provide clear and concise communication in both written and oral formats (English).
• Ability to learn and adapt to ever evolving methodologies and changing sets of requirements.
• Curiosity
• Bonus to those with any SQL, Python, data analysis, or other automation experience (we will pay more for those with these skills sets as well).

EDUCATION: Any degree or work experience in an engineering or highly technical field of work is preferred. If you do not have a degree, or do not have an engineering background please explain when applying why we should still consider you - we are open-minded

WORK EXPERIENCE: This is a starter role. Prior experience is not necessary, but those with previous work or internship experience in project management, construction, IT, civil, or electrical engineering are preferred. This contract is for seasonal employment.

WORK LOCATION: Work from home with occasional meetings and workshops in the Makati/BGC. Place of residence MUST BE within Metro Manila or nearby provinces

WORK HOURS: This is a night-shift role that often works on Philippine holidays as we cater to clients primarily in North America.
