About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Support Specialist to join our team at SBS Philippines Corporation.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our property management, assisting with day-to-day operations, and ensuring the smooth running of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Perform general administrative tasks such as sorting mail, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
    • Assist with data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  • Site Visits and Inspections
    • Conduct site-to-site visits as directed by the Head of Management.
  • Organizational Systems
    • Create organizational systems to support accurate record keeping, efficient financial transactions, and prompt renter complaints.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate across digital platforms and in person.
  • Time Management and Organization
    • Show effective time management, prioritization of time-sensitive items, and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Real Estate Knowledge and Compliance
    • Have knowledge of regional and national real estate laws and guidelines for property.
  • Technical Skills
    • Be proficient with word processing software and other related tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Estimated Salary: P50,000 - P70,000 per month
