Administrative Support Specialist in Quezon City

About the Role
Sosa JB Property Management Corp is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional support to the Property Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage the office supplies through an efficient bin card system and monitor the delivery of housekeeping supplies.
- Prepare the Monthly Management Report for submission to the Property Manager.
- Provide secretarial support during meetings, events, and other activities in the property.
- Maintain the directory of emergency numbers, hotlines, contractors, suppliers, and third-party contractors.
- Process government permits and payment of Real Property Tax.
- Submit Daily Time Records (DTR) for all employees to the Compensation and Benefits staff at Head Office.
- Assist the Property Manager in preparing presentations and materials for Board Meetings and Membership Meetings.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Building Technology Management or Business Administration.
- At least one year of related work experience, preferably in the same industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email applications.
Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of 19,386.80 PHP per month, plus benefits including leaves, HMO, OT pay, and government benefits.
