Mandarin Technology Support Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in providing timely and effective resolution of technical issues for our clients.

You will be responsible for managing and resolving inquiries received via phone, email, and internal case transfer. Your strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues will be essential in ensuring client satisfaction and confidence in our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking ownership of inquiries and providing timely resolutions via phone, email, and internal case transfer.
  • Accurately documenting and following up on all inquiries.
  • Advocating on behalf of clients to ensure their needs are met when working with business partners.
  • Escalating issues in a timely manner following defined procedures.
  • Troubleshooting and investigating client connectivity issues, processing failures, and transactional inquiries.
Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin: business-level proficiency in Mandarin is required, alongside fluent English.
  • Minimum 5 years of Customer Service experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of Technical Support experience.
  • Self-motivated and self-managing, demonstrating sound judgment and effective decision-making.
