Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Specialist to lead our new hire training programs and drive operational excellence through continuous learning and development.

  • Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs that meet the assessed training needs of employees at all levels, including leadership roles.
  • Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and technical support to employees to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in lead generation, sales, technical support, or customer support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create and deliver effective training sessions.
  • Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, and MS Office is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
