Senior Team Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and enhance the productivity performance of agents in client service delivery and revenue generation.
  • Conduct regular productivity reviews, provide coaching, implement performance improvement plans, and foster skills enhancement and development.
  • Train and motivate agents to ensure the completion of high-quality and timely work.
  • Evaluate performance, coach agents for improvement, and maintain performance according to set targets.
  • Oversee the daily attendance of assigned agents.
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Create a positive work environment that supports morale, quality work, and high productivity.
  • Maintain an atmosphere that encourages employees to share ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Keep the team aligned with company goals and results.
  • Take responsibility for decisions made and be directly answerable for the team's productivity performance.

Requirements:

  • Prior senior team lead or team manager experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication, presentation, and task management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and act with a sense of urgency.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
