Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Proctor - Seasonal to assist our trainers in delivering exceptional learning experiences.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting trainers through classroom management, monitoring the classroom throughout the day and checking on agents' behavior in class.
  • They will also support new hires with technical concerns and assist trainers in ensuring all new hire classes are on the same page during facilitation and activities.
  • In addition, they will minimize interruptions during class by muting agents who are off mute while others are talking and calling out unnecessary background noises.

Key Responsibilities

The Proctor - Seasonal will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Monitor agent attendance and engagement, taking attendance at the start of each day, after breaks and lunch.
  • Assist with IT issues and troubleshooting, submitting IT tickets and following up on them.
  • Boost engagement by encouraging participation, acknowledging correct and incorrect responses, and providing feedback to the trainer on class level of engagement and group dynamics.
  • Perform off-class duties, including taking phone calls and attending trainings as a Leadership Developmental when not in class.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficiency in the use of personal computers.
  • Good non-verbal and verbal communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with trainers.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work different shifts as required.
