Job Title: Senior Learning Experience Designer
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative professional to join our team as a Senior Learning Experience Designer with Tech Experience.
Job Description:The successful candidate will lead the development of effective instructional design strategies and methodologies, focusing on analysis, design, and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and ensure alignment around key priorities.
- Conduct thorough learning needs analysis and determine required skills and competency levels for learners/participants.
- Determine the most effective strategy for the learning need and define measurable training objectives and performance targets.
- Evaluate content developed by the team and review analysis and design documents to ensure objectives target learning needs.
- Post-implementation, gather relevant data to evaluate effectiveness using Kirkpatrick's model.
- At least 5 years of experience in designing learner-centered training programs and developing related training materials.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and evaluation principles and practices.
- Ability to draft measurable training goals and learning objectives (in all three learning domains).
