About the Role- We are seeking a talented technical support specialist to join our team and provide exceptional support to learners across various platforms.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. You will be responsible for providing general and technical support to learners via chat and email, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support for networking, Linux, and Windows systems, helping learners troubleshoot and resolve problems.
- Mentor learners by providing guidance on foundational learning materials.
- Grade exams for certifications, ensuring accuracy and fairness.
- Test, verify, and validate products, lab systems, and their features to ensure quality and functionality before release.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, achieve common goals, and drive successful outcomes.
- Develop and improve processes to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
Required qualifications include a BS degree in computer science or information security, strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, Linux, and Windows systems, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and investigative skills, experience in guiding or mentoring individuals in cybersecurity subjects, and the ability to develop and improve processes to drive operational efficiency.
