Customer Support Role

We are seeking a thoughtful and friendly customer support professional to handle customer inquiries via chat, email or phone in a professional and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handle product information, order tracking, returns and account concerns
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast accurate support
  • Stay informed on product updates and support best practices

Requirements:
