
Service Delivery Director

The position of Delivery Director is a strategic leadership role within the organization. This individual oversees multiple projects, project teams, and programs simultaneously, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional client outcomes.
Responsibilities- Evaluate customer environments to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Deliver services according to contract terms and conditions.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage resource allocation and engagement financial requirements.
- Update SharePoint sites for both internal and customer-facing audiences.
- Prepare regular reports on service delivery performance, including SLA compliance and operational efficiency metrics.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and client communications.
- Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate meetings with internal and external parties.
- Ensure compliance with all required documents from new hires to end of employment.
- Create schedules aligned with business needs.
- Review calls, tickets, emails, and chats for quality, consistency, and process adherence.
- Foster a high-performing team, adhering to operational standards and delivering exceptional service.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to team members.
- Conduct performance reviews as necessary.
- Monitor service performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and drive continual improvement.
