Lead Customer Experience Specialist Role

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive customer experience specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service unit, this individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries via email and chat channels in a personalized and professional manner.
  • Investigate and resolve complex customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and conducting thorough analysis.

  • Contribute ideas to enhance customer service efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher; post-secondary education preferred but not required.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and retail industries is a plus.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Fluent English written skills.
  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • A proven track record of achieving or exceeding performance targets.
