Recruitment And Onboarding
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
- Prepare and manage employee contracts and onboarding processes.
- Administer employee performance evaluations and coordinate development plans.
- Maintain a system for tracking and managing employee performance.
- Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Develop and implement systems to improve HR department efficiency.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with applicable government regulations.
- Manage employee benefits, leave credits, and related inquiries.
- Plan and organize company activities, meetings, training, wellness programs, and seminars to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Stay current with the latest labor laws and regulations, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Enforce rules and regulations within the organization.
- liaise with government agencies, including the Social Security System (SSS), PhilHealth, Home Development Mutual Fund, and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
Oversee the internship program.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
