The organization is seeking a strategic leader to oversee the IT department.

Job Description

This role involves leading a team of 2 IT specialists to deliver automation solutions within a tight deadline.

  • Achieve this by utilizing Power Automate and Power Apps, with a focus on Dataverse integration.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to optimize Dynamics 365 Business Central and QBO processes, including AP/AR, approvals, and bank reconciliations.
  • Develop a comprehensive governance plan for M365, incorporating Entra ID, Intune, and SharePoint/Teams.

Must haves:

  • Power Automate, Power Apps (Canvas/Model driven), Dataverse, SharePoint/Teams integration, API/connectors;
  • player coach leadership style;
  • accounting data fluency.

Nice to haves:

  • Dynamics 365 Business Central (APIs/AL basics);
  • Power BI/DAX;
  • Entra/Intune;
  • Azure;
  • RPA Desktop.
Responsibilities
  • Implement a robust automation strategy using Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central and its integration with other Microsoft tools.
  • Work closely with the Accounting team to develop and implement efficient processes.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive governance plan for M365, covering Entra ID, Intune, and SharePoint/Teams.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in player-coach style leadership.
  • Exceptional technical skills in Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint/Teams integration and API connectivity.
  • Accounting data fluency and understanding of financial processes.
