Job Description:

As a Property Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our property management team. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively communicate with tenants and vendors.

You will be responsible for leading the maintenance process from start to finish, including work order triage, vendor coordination, tracking, and timely completion. Additionally, you will proactively resolve tenant concerns and inquiries, serving as a primary remote point of contact for residents.

Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate maintenance records and property data within AppFolio, assisting with timely rent collection processing, and supporting collection efforts.

Ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience, proficiency with Appfolio or similar tools, and experience using MS Office Suite, Canva, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI tools.
