Property Management Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Property Management Specialist to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our properties, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Your primary focus will be on communicating with tenants, addressing inquiries, and scheduling maintenance and repairs. You will also be responsible for managing leases, ensuring tenant compliance, and handling financial management tasks such as rent collections and accounts payable/receivable.

In addition, you will be marketing and advertising our properties to attract new tenants, while ensuring compliance with U.S. laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for data entry and management for property transactions, including entering bills for payment, invoicing, and following up on payments.

This is a full-time role, requiring strong communication and coordination skills, as well as experience in rent collection, invoicing, accounts management, and property transactions. Marketing skills to attract tenants, knowledge of U.S. real estate laws and regulations, proficiency in managing vendor relationships and payroll processing, and tech-savviness with property management software and virtual tools are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
