Instructional Design Role

Job Summary:

As a skilled Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality training media, materials, and methods to support organizational change initiatives.

This role requires collaboration with business leaders and subject matter experts to analyze training needs and recommend solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a team environment, and a passion for adult learning.

  • Develop and implement effective measurement of training goals, including course assessments and certification processes.
  • Work with business unit subject matter experts to draft instructor and participant training material.
  • Collaborate with other Corporate Training team members to design and implement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • College degree in Instructional Design, English or Communications, or equivalent related experience required.
  • Experience using Storyline360 and Rise360 required.
  • Working knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies associated with adult learning.
  • Ability to interact with multiple levels of management and work in a team environment.
