Position: Training Supervisor (Licensed Med Allied)

Work Setup/Shift: Onsite – Makati | Night Shift

Salary: PHP 71,400–81,400 basic + PHP 3,600 allowance

Role Overview

Leads the design, delivery, and oversight of training programs that address business needs, performance gaps, and workforce readiness. Ensures training strategies are aligned with organizational goals while adopting best practices, new technologies, and innovative learning methods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess business and performance gaps; recommend training or alternative solutions.
  • Design, facilitate, and evaluate training using multiple delivery modes (instructor-led, e-learning, blended, webinars).
  • Supervise and coach trainers; monitor delivery quality and team performance.
  • Track industry trends and integrate emerging learning tools and technologies.
  • Partner with leaders and stakeholders to measure training effectiveness and drive adoption.
  • Comply with company policies, directives, and work arrangements.

Qualifications

  • Active Med Allied license (mandatory).
  • Training/Facilitation: 5+ years delivering programs, developing curricula, and applying adult learning principles.
  • Supervision: 2+ years managing trainers/teams, performance coaching, and driving operational training outcomes.
