This is a full-time on-site role for a Formwork Instructor located in Metro Manila. The Formwork Instructor will be responsible for conducting training sessions on the use of formwork systems, mentoring and guiding users on best practices, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and providing technical support. The role also includes assessing and developing training materials, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring effective learning outcomes for all participants.

• Experience in formwork systems, construction methods, and technical instructions
• Ability to develop and deliver training programs and materials
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in construction
• Technical expertise and problem-solving skills in the construction industry
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
• Flexibility to adapt to different learning environments and audiences
• Previous experience as a trainer or instructor in a related field is a plus
• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
